Mental Health Care Plan Referrals provide 10 rebate-able sessions in a calendar year (from January to December).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Appointment cancellations or changes received less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will incur a $100 late cancellation fee. This fee is payable by the patient (or their guardian) and cannot be passed onto Medicare or any other third party.
Failing to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice of cancellation will also incur a no-show fee of $100. This fee is payable by the client/guardian and cannot be passed onto Medicare or any other third party.
